Queens Park Rangers...`QPR´ for friends

This is one of the first teams in the whole world, as it was created in 1882, this makes this team more respected by the others, and i thin that if they are there, it is because they are so historycal, and many players have wanted to play here, obviously that isnt whhat pulls a player to a team, now a player is more ambicious than before, so they will try to go to the bigger teams, or they will go for the money.

looking for the 10th place  QPR is a team that plays typical football without a specific style like is Real Madrid´s, or Arsenal´s, or Barcelona´s, but this is football, and this is how they like to play, which is in my opinion fair enough, in this team its all about moveing around, but there is one thing that i can point out is how organiced this team is when they play against a bigger team, and that they have some pretty good players

my favourite players:

Adel Taarabt- With his silky skills, an eye for a killer ball and the ability to readily produce the spectacular, Taarabt is the definition of a playmaker. This man cannot be involved in football and not have an impact.

Jose Bosingwa- adds versatility, experience, quality and class to QPR’s defensive options. Tis is a very big error for chelsea, as he has been a decisive player, and played in many occasions last season. he is a real powerful defender who can add a lot to this QPR

Ji Sung Park- we all know this player from his time at man u, he is a very versatile player, that can give something to this team, like experience and ability to quickly play the ball.

players i don't like:
Rob Green- he is a useless goalkeeper who can dive for the cameras, but when it comes to block something easy he makes it hard... `world cup´

btw: nice QPR badge

Elegance Of The Silent Hero

for me the most elegant player in football history, what seems difficult is made easy by this magician, who is able to stop time whenever he touches the ball, Zinedine Zidane, is who i´m talking about, unluckily he retired in 2006 at the age of 34, which is a great time for him, but for us who enjoyed watching him played was a big hit and did not like at all that head-but to Materazzi, which is something that many people that didn't see him play remember, but i hope this has been forgotten by everybody.

elegance and honesty is what describes this player on and off the pitch, despite what people say about how he ended his career, with that red card, he has also done really big things, like winning the champions league, a world cup, ballon d´or, and many leagues and minor titles, and has also scored some top quality goals like a famous volley against bayer Leverkusen.

his ability to read the game is great, like his first touch, and his volleys, he has shown us another version of modern football, he made everything look easy no matter what team he played for, he was the main player, the player that made the other players move around him, and almost always makes the best pass and chooses the best option, he was calm and steady playing freely around the midfield, but would come up if its necessary, and score some decisive goals.

he started his career and started being famous in the french team Bordeaux, where he started being pointed out by the press and wanted by some of the most important teams in europe like was Juventus, he went to juve looking for the champions league, as they were really aspiring for it at that time, but as time went and didn't achive this wanted trophy, he saw that juve was getting worse, and the interested real madrid asked for him, but the price was too much, because he was already considered the best player in the world, but then a dinner between juve and real madrid took place, and this is when Florentino Perez(real madrid´s president) wrote on a napkin `voulez vous jouer au real madrid´ (sorry about the french) and zidane answered yes, and a few moths later, real madrid and juve were in constant contact, and then signed beating the record for the most expensive player for around 70 million euros

Deportivo de La Coruña

Deportivo de la Coruña (depor)
this club isn't specialy known anywhere around the world at the moment, but this team has been very good the last decade and is considered one of the biggest teams in la liga´s history, and are back to the top division in spain after going down for 1 year, depor has come back strongly, winning the second division title is aiming for a 10th place in the table.

This team is maybe one of the most english like team, as they use physical football and rely on counter attack, and power. This team has lost one of their best players as guardado has made a move forward in his career from depor to valencia, furthermore, this does not mean they haven't got any valuable players, as they keep the legendary valeron, he makes this team play him being at an attacking mid position.

depor has gained a lot of respect from any team in la liga, with very strong home performances due to their lifetime fans, and are very intimidating for any other team, but weakens a lot when playing away from home, they play really agresive, but technical football.

these are my personal favourite players:

Valeron- as i said, this player has been making this team play for many years, spending his whole career in Deportivo, with a lot of technique and very good first touch

Nelson Oliveira- i dont like this player too much, as he is a bit lazy, but it isn't questionalble that he scores a fair amount of goals during a season and he is technically capable to score however he wants, so he is a good player, but doesn't do as much as he can and should.

Wigan for the win

Looking to get to a 10th position in the league, wigan is one of my favorite teams because of the way they play and the good football they show every time they play, this team has many good things, like how solid their defense is and how regular they are when it comes down to play, however their lack of quality players and some problems to finish, makes them a mid table team with some possibilities to go down to the championship.

Last season they ended up in an undeserved position in the table, finishing 15th, as i said they played real good football, enjoyable to watch but without the strikes to finish and give the win, the players that make the difference.

some of the most important players in this team are:

Antolin Alcaraz -His heading ability and sharp-eye to read the game gives him a controlled presence in defence, whilst also being a threat going forward with his knowledge of the game and skill to run forward with the ball at his feet.

Gary Caldwell- captain, is very similar to Antolin, with a lot of power in the air and ability go up with the ball.

Jordi Gomez -one of roberto martinez´s favorite as he is creative in the midfield, and fits in perfectly with wigan´s style of play and can also be decisive scoring some important goals and giving some assists he can also be a reference in the middle to make the team work.

Franco Di Santo- definitely the clubs number 9, scoring most of the goals and being technically and physically good, is capable of playing in some of the bigger teams such as liverpool or newcastle.

La Liga or the Premier League

as we all know there has been a big debate between these two great leagues and there is no way to see which one is better, as the leagues don't compete as a whole against each other, so the only way to know is to see teams individually and review them one by one, and i will be doing this later on.

However, i will give overall ideas about these two leagues (new signings this season and last season, style of play.....)

firstly, this season, the premiere league has been absolutely brilliant this season with some amazing signings like Cazorla, Oscar, Hazard, Podolski, Giroud, Kagawa, Vertonghen, Michu and one of the most popular, the move from arsenal to man u, Robin Van Persie, and some players that have left like alex song, and probably Luka Modric, however La Liga has been severely affected by the economy therefore could not sign any of the stars that they got us used to like Ibrahimovic or even Ronaldo, so in that sense it has been disappointing from the spanish, this does not mean there haven't been any signings, specially valencia has made some pretty good signings, like Joao Pereira, Gago or Canales.
in an overall view, the premier league is much better than La Liga in this sense.

Style of play: La Liga is in my opinion a lot better than the english league for how versatile it is, with different styles, like barcelona´s pass and possession or real madrid´s ability to adapt to any team to be able to win, however, the premier league is also quite attractive because of its physical teams and play.
in ana overall view, La Liga is slightly better than the premiere league as i prefer more technical football than the physical

please comment to tell me which league you prefer

The First Face Off

We all know how good these two players and teams are, but for now we will focus on the players, of course i am talking about the two biggest: Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, as these two players are both amazing, its hard to decide.

I am a big real madrid supporter, however i absolutely respect all the barcelona fans and admire some of their players. Objectively, i think that Cristiano Ronaldo is more complete than Messi, in the physical and technical point of view, his physique is like an athletes, speed and power are his main characteristics, however Messi´s speed isn't much worse than Ronaldo´s, but in my opinion Messi´s agility is much more spectacular and effective.

Free Kicks: Ronaldo is very well known for his powerful free kicks, with a technique that gets the dip that makes the keeper feel confused about the trajectory, on the other hand Messi relies much more on accuracy than power, which helps, but can be much more predictable and easy for the keeper.

after this small face to face between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, i would keep Ronaldo rather than Messi, but its up to you guys to comment and choose with your reasons
